RETURNS & EXCHANGES (EU CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Returns are only accepted if items are wrongly shipped out. If this happened, please get in touch. Contact here.
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
Returns and exchanges happens at own risk and own expense. Items must be returned in original, good condition and in the original packing.
The customer stands for payment of the shipping cost. Pontus is not responsible for items lost in transit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (SWEDISH CUSTOMERS ONLY)
When buying in our shop or order placed in other format, the Distance Trading Act applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day the customer has received the product.
The product must be in as good a condition as when you received it, unused and undamaged. The product must be packed in original packaging.
Refunds are normally made within 1-5 working days, but no later than within 30 days, after we have received and approved the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the item. Refund of the order amount is made after approved return. Pontus is not responsible for any transport damage in the event of a return shipment, therefore send your return well packaged.
To make a return:
1. Contact here and request a return shipping note and return form.
2. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, equivalent to what the product was delivered to you.
Do not forget to enclose the return form in the package.
3. Return the item to the address that is on the shipping note you received.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you as a customer are always responsible for return shipping costs.
You have the right to complain about a product if it can be assumed that there is a manufacturing defect in the product. Contact here and attach clear pictures of the incorrect item and state your order number.
I ship to all countries within the EU. If you are not able to purchase from the country you are in. Do not hesitate to get in touch and we’ll find a solution.
All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.
If item is in stock, all orders will be dispatched within 2-10 business days.
Domestic orders can take up to 5-6 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
International orders can take up to 5-15 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).

Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you have received a delivery. The products needs to have visible, external transport damage documented and sent to us so we can file a complaint. The damage must have been noted on your shipping note from the shipping company. Ask the driver / agent to note the damage and sign. If you discover hidden defects / transport damage after opening the package, notify us as soon as possible.
For all transport damage, contact here. Attach clear pictures of the damage and any damaged packaging and state your order number in the email.
We reserve the right to subsequently correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time. We reserve the right to make errors in product information as well as price and stock balance. Even after the purchase has been completed and the order confirmation sent, we reserve the right to change the price and delivery time in the event of a printing error. If a product has expired or for some other reason is not available, Pontus is not obliged to provide such product regardless of whether the customer ordered the same as above. Once the customer has placed an order, Pontus can not change the order, the return policies apply.

Computers, tablets and smartphones may show difference in color. The product shown on the website may vary from the actual physical product.
All of the objects are handmade and therefore subtle differences are expected from item to item.
